In collaboration with the firm Boreala Management, DG4 developed a recruitment campaign to attract qualified teachers and professionals to work in the Cree communities of Northern Quebec, and to maintain the commitment of its employees. It was essential to respect the traditional values of the community in order to ensure its adherence to the program. This led us to experience a true immersion in Cree culture and to carry out a great deal of visual research to develop tools that combine tradition and modernity.
